I wonder if anyone could help me with information about insomnia and other
sleepingdisorders. The effects on the body and the mind. I´m writing a
paper on it.

Answer:
I have been reading a lot of books and everyone says get exercise in teh
early evening or during the day. One gentleman said upper body exercise
is very good (sawing wood). Most people cannot saw wood so walking with
hand weights like heavy hands, nordic skiing machines or Nordic skiing,
Airdyne type exercise bicycles, swimming is probably the best bet.
Swimmimg real lasp not floating around. Please post some of your
research when you find out more. Exercise also is supposed to release
endorphins into the brain which helps fight depression and anxiety. I
have found that depression and anxiety are the cause of my insomnia. I
am going to start exercising to fight it.
