I recently subscribed to the Canadian Lung Associations newsletter and
just got the first copy. It had a link for sleep apnea information
which then had a link for a sleep apnea handbook.

This is an excellent book, expecially for newbies. Keep in mind, it is
40 pages of download, and with a lot of graphics that won't print well
under 600 dpi.
