Question:
I have recently conducted an interstate move from perth to sydney, thanks to
my employer.
My 15 month old twins were both sleeping throughout the night prior to the
move, since we have arrived in Sydney they have been having problems with
sleeping patterns.
So much though they will sleep for up to 3 hours and wake, and although they
are physically tired they may not go back to sleep until they receive a milk
bottle - it is as if they have gone backwards to 6 months old.
At first i thought it was they stress of moving house, airflights, new
envronments, etc...
I have run out of ideas as to how to keep them asleep throughout the night,
their fighting attempts are keeping the older kids awake not to mention
stressing my wife out heaps...
Answer:
We have no children so I can't give you advice based on experience, but I
found this at one of the sites listed on my list of links:
http://kidshealth.org/cgi-bin/print_hit_bold.pl/parent/development/sl...
r.html?sleep#first_hit
The following item is from the same site but deals specifically with
childhood sleep disorders:
http://kidshealth.org/parent/healthy/sleep_disorder.html
And this is the index page for KidsHealth, which covers all aspects of kids'
health:
