Question:
Do the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome symptoms generally subside over time?
Or do some people keep them constantly over time?
Do you think most people get off the affects, or do most
people have signifcant problems for the rest of their lives?
Answer:
I've had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome since Labor Day weekend, 1987, and barring
major developments in medicine I expect to have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for the rest
of my life. My physical symptoms have on the whole been
constant; my cognitive symptoms got a lot worse in the mid-90's
but improved markedly once I eliminated aspartame from my diet.
That said, I have been doing better this year, in terms of being
able to go longer between doses of supplements, and of course I
am doing much better now than I was before I figured out which
supplements worked for me.
