Question:
I'm told that the hospital that treated me has published an article on how well its severely ill patients do in the Journal of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome volume 7. I cannot find this journal in Medline or Embase, it is not in the list of journals stocked by my local university. Searching on the internet I found a site that gives tha abstracts from this journal up to volume 5. Can anyone think where else I could get this article. (I've recommended several other people to go to this hospital, so I would like to know how well other people do)
Answer:
The Journal of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is listed in the site's list of
journals, but is not available online. My understanding is that you have to
order (and pay for) articles in order to access them.
However, some articles are available in whole or part on other sites by
special arrangement. Co-Cure often posts either the articles or links to
sites where they can be read . I get Co-Cure via email (something I
recommend), but the information is also available on their website:

This informative Belgian site, along with much other good material, carries
15 articles from the Journal of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome:

CFS-Information International, operated by a Danish physician with CFS, is
another site with excellent research articles:
