Cure For Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Question:
Why don't you just post on this website how to beat Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? I'm sure a lot of us are interested in this.

Answer:
the big problem here is everytime someone trys to talk about some real research that might offer a cure to millions, the hypo-hens attack and belittle everything. But since you asked politely---I'll try to respond.......

The basic concept is that a certain subset of PWCs, and maybe many with FM, are not able to digest certain agents in their daily food---the illness starts as a minor digestive problem and rapidly proceeds to a breakdown of the gut wall (hyperpermeability) which allows endotoxins, drugs, chemicals in food, and etc. to enter the blood stream and cause an immune reaction. The gut is the major player in the immune system and when things go wrong here all sorts of imbalances can be observed. Soon, due to poor gut function, several key nutrients failed to get absorbed, and other wierd symptoms begin to appear. As the illness progresses, one develops deficiencies in several key enzymes and a vicious circle is established. To recover, one must stop eating the foods that are causing the problem and replace the key nutrients to bring the body back into hormony. As long as the gut continues to be challenged by the problem foods and chemicals, the nutrients will not be absorbed and recovery is impossible. Recovery may take 6 months in some, in others recovery could come within 4-5 days.

I have debated on what to do with my discovery. Write a book? Or, start a fee-based internet recovery program? I decided to do both. For a small fee I will guide those that have similar symptoms as me to complete recovery. The fee will be completely refunded if they do not recover as promised. The knowledge gain helping 100 other PWCs recover will be very valuable experience to put into the book to help other.

I would do this for free but I have too many things on my schedule to do and must go where I can support myself. Without the small fee I would not be able to devote the one on one time that will be required to help people recover. Much more research needs to be done too to address the possibility of other nutrient problems and to make sure that when the person goes back to a nomal diet they don't get sick again.
