major differences (to you) between fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue
syndrome? How much has actually been learned in research in the last say
five years? (My "fog" makes it impossible for me to figure out exactly when
I stopped searching for answers, but I definitely have not kept up.) At
that point, many doctors considered the terms interchangeable, if they
considered them valid at all.
Mostly I want to know if I "fit" here

Fm is usually widespread pain, where CFS if my pea brain serves me
right tends to be overwhelming fatigue.
Either way, you'll fit in as we have people with both
