Question:
My doctor has checked me several times for it and each time it is negative
and unnatural fatigue has been put down to depression and right now I find
myself to tired to finish writing what I wanted to say. Has anyone else
been diagnosed with this? or felt like this?
Answer:
I'm not sure quite sure how your doctor can diagnose you as not having
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. From what I understand about it, it is a
disorder that is kind of a lump category--doctors will diagnose you
with it if you're always really tired and they're having trouble
figuring out exactly why (though, depression can be a reason for
fatigue). About the only diagnosis thing they can do is go down a
checklist, and if you meet some of the criteria on the checklist,
they'll diagnose you with CFS.
My sister suffers from this, so e-mail me if you want more details and
information.
