Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is an Atypical Adrenal insufficiency!!!!!!!

Question:
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) is an atypical adrenal insufficiency that is best treated with pure extract of licorice and I have every intention of proving it to those who suffer from this disease. If you have CFS, or if you are a medical professional, please follow this thread closely.

I tried to make a lot of noise to lure Nurse Camilla into a public debate but she is not responding. So now I challenge any and all medical experts who believe that Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is something other than an atypical adrenal insufficiency to debate this issue with me on the Internet starting now.

Any medical expert who believes Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is something other than an atypical adrenal insufficiency and is willing to debate me

Answer:
The syndrome you are describing as "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome" sounds so familiar to me because all the symptoms you listed were almost identical to mine. I went to five or six endocrinoligists, until finally the last one gave me a test (the technical name I don't recall). The test was (1) draw blood to get cortisol levels; (2) inject an adrenal gland activating hormone; (3) wait about 30-45 minutes and then draw blood again to get cortisol levels. When this doctor got the blood tests back, he was one heck of a doctor, because he called me on a Saturday night and said that I had an adrenal insufficiency and that it "could" be causing all of the negative symptoms you've already mentioned.

In any case, my therapy has become one five mg. tablet of prednisone each morning -- and it has dramatically reduced the chronic fatigue. Now, will this work for everyone with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? I doubt it. I think long term scientific, double blind studies will answer the question with any certainty. (Also, I am aware of the potential negative side effects of long term prednisone use.)
